Zoodles are made from zucchini which is cut into long spaghetti-like "noodles" with a device called a spiralizer. For this recipe, you will need to purchase a spiralizer. The spiralizer costs about $20.00 and is a worthy investment because zoodles are a great way to eat your veggies and there is no way to make zoodles without the spiralizer. I got mine on Amazon. They have heavy-duty plastic spiralizers and stainless steel ones as well. I have both and I like the stainless steel one more. Its heavier duty as you would think.
