Homemade yogurt is wonderful. So fresh tasting and its easy. You can make this vegan too. Just use any non dairy milk that you like and get a vegan starter culture. I bought one at Amazon. Now I make coconut milk yogurt or cashew or almond milk yogurt. Its easy! You can enjoy the yogurt as is or mix it with stuff you like. This recipe is so good and nutritious with chia seeds , flaxseeds, hazelnuts and bing cherries. Use your imagination! -20 minutes prep - 8 hours resting time -makes 1 quart - 4 servings
