Kidney beans are high in plant proteins. Just 3 ounces of these beans boast 9 grams of plant-based protein accounting for 27% of the bean's vibes. Kidney beans are naturally High Vibe as one of the richest sources of plant-based protein out there. Kidney beans have slow-release starch called amylose which causes them to be digested slowly, leaving you fuller longer and causing a slower gradual rise in blood sugar than other starches. Very High Vibe. Here I use red miso paste which is made from soybean which is fermented for up to 18 months. The result is a thick paste that is deeply savory, with a toasty salty-sweet umami flavor.
