Double Wheat Tomato Caramelized Onion Focaccia

This focaccia uses two whole wheats. Soft winter white wheat which is crispy and light and hard red spring wheat which is chewy and adds body to breads. If you don't have both you can use regular whole wheat flour but the result may be a bit denser. I like to mill my ow wheat , however you can use pre-milled flour as well.
