Maple Peach Sorbet

This organic peach sorbet is made with monk fruit to do the main sweetening lift. A little maple syrup is added at the end of the churning. Maple and peach highlight each other and make a great combo flavor. Maple syrup is another form of sugar so I use it only rarely. Maple is the sap from trees and that makes it naturally high vibe.
