I like to make fresh basil pesto without the addition of cheeseThis makes it more versatile. The color is improved also without cheese. I use this is many salads or cooked applications or as a marinade and makes a great vinaigrette. It goes great with seafood or poultry or pasta. Put a scoop in rice when you cook it and it is fantastic. . -20 minutes prep -makes 1 1/2 cups
