High Vibes are not magic

Updated: Nov 15, 2021

High Vibes are not magic. Changing frequencies isn't easy either. Once you understand that frequencies are fundamental and you experience some changes, staying in high vibes or, even better, upgrading your vibes is ongoing work. I first understood what vibes were from reading the book "Vibe" by Robin Openshaw. This book made so much sense to me. It resonated with me, and I knew that I had a lot of work to do, but if I did it, I would be rewarded. I changed my diet first, mainly because this seemed to make sense. I knew that eating healthy would pay off in better health. But it wasn't enough. I knew it wasn't enough when I kept having cancer show up in my body. As I read more of Vibe, I realized that I had more work to do. I got rid of all my black clothing. Black clothing is a low vibe. It traps negative energy in whatever you put it on. So I started wearing the brightest shirts that I could find. I also started going outside and removing my shoes so that my bare feet could make contact with the ground. This intentional outdoor work made me feel better quickly, and I knew it was working. I found surrounding myself with colors brightened my moods also. Now I have color time, where I stare at the bright tapestries daily. Only for a few minutes, but my vibes are raised from that, and I know it because it brightens my mood. Ringing triangles and tambourines give my ears a sonic blast of high vibes, and doing that daily is part of my morning ritual. There are more things on the list to raise your vibes, but they all must be done intentionally. It works like magic that you have to work on. Even performing magic takes work. Consider all the potions and stuff. They don't make themselves. After all the cancer treatments that I've gone through over several years, nothing worked until I successfully changed my vibes consistently. I am delighted to say that my cancer is now gone! I have been healed, and it's a combination of science and high vibes. High Vibes support a healthy body. A healthy body needs to be at higher frequencies to maintain good health. So I work on staying in higher vibes every day. Some days it is not easy. When I have a day that makes me anxious or sad, or angry, I need to notice it. Since it is not my natural state anymore, I usually see that I am struggling with my frequencies. The best thing to do on those days is meditating first and then stare at colors, ring bells, play upbeat music, go outdoors for a walk and pet my cat. If that doesn't do the trick, I will start again. Playing the ukulele can help me or playing the bongos to joyous rhythms. I know that I must not let myself stay angry. Anger can strike me and stick with me for a while. It is a very negative emotion, and it brings me down. I believe if I allow myself to stay in a negative state for longer than a few hours, I might get stuck there for days. I know that it's essential to process your emotions naturally. Sometimes stuff makes us mad or sad or anxious. This is when you need to think about the cause of this and how this is serving you. Perhaps we can learn from emotion. Ask the anger to tell you what it is that it is saying to you. Is there a lesson to take from the feeling? Maybe we set ourselves up for a fall. Perhaps there is something to be learned from the situation that occurred. Maybe the negative emotion is testing us and our ability to cope with it. After a talk with my feeling, I can extract a valuable lesson such as next time I can do something differently to avoid another argument or disappointment. Then It's time to move on. It's important not to stay in that negative emotion. It's an energy that can become a habit. A bad habit that will lower your vibes and lead you into chronic low frequencies that can lead you into all kinds of problems, including disease. When you look at that word disease, it is two words - dis - ease. I will do everything on my list to raise my vibes intentionally so that I can begin to get back on my high vibe horse and ride it again.

Have you heard the old saying, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink it? Vibes are the same way. I know a person who is chronically depressed and angry at the whole world. This person blames everybody else for the bad moods and chronic illness of depression. I have had many talks and offered everything I know about high vibes with this person. I have given colorful tapestries, a triangle, and a copy of the book Vibe to teach more about what I was talking about. Even paying for therapy to get them started to understand what their choices were and how to make the most of things. Professional therapists will listen, and then they will point you towards activities that raise your vibes. They might not call it vibes, but silent affirmations and positive self-talk, among other things, cause change to increase your vibes. But the bad vibes continue for this person. Usually, they say that hanging with other people with similar issues makes them feel better. But two people with low vibes feel comfortable together because they both have the same frequencies. Nothing is accomplished by doing this. When I ask this person have you done anything that you were told to raise your vibes, they always say no and make some excuse why it doesn't work for them. Usually, the talk does not go so well because the person is angry about doing nothing and getting no results. It takes work to raise your vibes. It is hard at first. Nothing seems to fit at first because the frequencies of low vibes and high vibes together can be awkward, and people are not comfortable, and they stop trying. I've had people tell me that they are actually comfortable being depressed that they don't want to change. This is because they are afraid to do the work—the work of raising vibes. When your Vibe is so low, they can be cumbersome to lift. It takes consistent work and a willingness to change. The intention must be there every day. You must realize that the low vibes are not serving you, and you must fight for your own high vibes. For me, I had to be scared that cancer would kill me if I didn't change. I didn't want to die young, and death was my motivation to find the courage to raise my vibes. What others must begin to realize is that life and high vibes are worth fighting for every day. When you raise your vibes even when you don't feel like it, it works, and suddenly the high vibes are real, and you are so grateful for the change that you will never give it up for anything!

High Vibes!
